Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all subscriptions, services, and products offered through our NBSchool School Management Cloud Application (“Service”). By using our Service, the client agrees to the terms outlined below.


1. Subscription-Based Service

Our NBSchool School Management System operates on a subscription model.
Clients subscribe to monthly, quarterly, or yearly plans.

  • Subscription fees are charged in advance.

  • Fees cover cloud hosting, features, updates, maintenance, and support.


2. No Refund Policy (Standard)

Once payment is made for any subscription plan:

  • Fees are non-refundable, fully or partially, under any circumstances, including:

    • Unused service days

    • Low usage by the school

    • Change of decision

    • Discontinuation of school operations

    • Technical issues caused by the client's network or devices

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Setup fees

  • Customization charges

  • Add-on modules

  • Training fees

  • Third-party integrations


3. Exceptions (If Applicable)

Refunds may be considered only in the following rare cases:

  • Duplicate payment made due to a technical error

  • Wrong plan charged due to a system glitch

  • Payment processed incorrectly by the payment gateway

In such cases, verification will be done, and an approved refund will be initiated within 7–14 business days.


4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Subscription Cancellation by Client

Clients may cancel their subscription anytime by contacting support.

  • Cancellation stops future auto-renewals.

  • No refunds are provided for the ongoing billing cycle.

4.2 Cancellation of Add-ons

Add-ons or extra modules can be cancelled, but fees already paid are non-refundable.


5. Trial Period

If a free trial or demo is provided:

  • No charges apply during the trial period.

  • After the trial ends, billing begins only if the client chooses a paid plan.

  • No refunds will be issued once the paid plan starts.


6. Customisation & Development Work

All customised features, integrations, or special development requests are:

  • 100% prepaid

  • Non-refundable

  • Non-cancellable

Once work begins, cancellations cannot be accepted.


7. Service Termination by Company

The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • Terms & Conditions are violated

  • Illegal use of the platform is detected

  • Non-payment or delayed payment occurs

No refunds are issued for terminated accounts.


8. Payment Disputes

If any payment discrepancies occur:

  • Clients must notify support within 3 working days of the transaction.

  • Relevant transaction details and proof must be provided.

Failure to report within the timeline may invalidate refund eligibility.


9. Changes to Policy

The company may modify this Policy at any time.
Continued usage of the Service implies acceptance of updated terms.
